Was first time at clinic. Extremely impressed with every aspect from start to finish. Zac was lovely...exceptionally kind, caring, considerate, patient, efficient, gentle & knowledgeable & coupled with cheerful demeanour managed to put very nervous pets & owner at ease! Talked through lengthy process, answering all questions plus added valuable advice along way. Even looked up what to do & expect when we settle overseas. Receptionist was fantastic too. Welcoming, friendly & very helpful. From my experience with 3 pets in tow, definitely best vet service in Goulburn. Would readily recommend this clinic to anyone. Dr Zach has been a god send for our Labrador Albie. He is kind and you can tell that his staff and himself have a very genuine care for your pet.
