Our Puppy visits are extra long so we can get to know your new family member and make sure we answer all of your questions to help you get off to a great start!
Before your visit, there are plenty of things you can do to help your new best friend settle in - check out our new puppy checklist (coming soon) for our top tips to help the first few weeks go as smoothly as possible.
What's involved in a new puppy consultation?
Fun Visits
The first few times your new dog visits a vet can make up their mind for life. We want our patients to love their visits, which is why all puppies get lots of treats and pats. We let them relax at the clinic and get to know the space.
They'll be so relaxed they won't even feel their needle!
Full Check over
A thorough check up as a puppy can detect a huge range of problems that aren't always obvious. By identifying these early we can help you to manage them and treat them.
We can also let you know if that weird thing your new puppy does is normal or not.
Vaccinations
Parvovirus is easy to prevent, but difficult and expensive to treat. The best thing you can do is to vaccinate.
Your puppy will be given the best protection against not only parvovirus, but also any other diseases that they might be at risk of - including Kennel Cough.
